Skyrim launcher saves changes to .ini file in "michaÅ", but the Skyrim actually uses the .ini file from "michal", so it doesn't see my changes to settings. If you think this is your case (you have some weird characters in your username), use the launcher to modify the settings as you want them to be (for example enable full screen) and save it.

3Cje. I am attempting to play Skyrim Legendary Edition in Traditional Chinese. The language options for the game appear to allow Traditional Chinese just the same as Japanese is available. However, when I switch to it, the only thing in Chinese is the startup menu of the game. The in-game menu and the rest of the game is still in english.
